Claude Code Developer

About the role

We are building a talent pool of Claude Code Developers and AI Automation Specialists to meet growing client demand. The position is a fully remote independent‑contractor role focused on AI‑assisted development, automation, and rapid prototyping of internal tools and MVPs.

Key responsibilities

• Build applications, tools, and workflows using prompt‑driven environments such as Claude Code.
• Develop websites, dashboards, and internal tools with minimal traditional coding.
• Create and manage automation workflows across systems, integrating CRMs, ATS, finance platforms, and APIs.
• Work with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, and similar tools.
• Translate business requirements into functional AI‑driven systems.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate MVPs, tools, and internal platforms.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience or exposure to Claude Code or comparable AI‑assisted development tools.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and prompt‑driven development.
• Ability to build or prototype functional systems independently using AI tools.
• Problem‑solving mindset and strong written English communication skills.
• Background in software development, automation/system building, or AI/LLM tools is a plus.
