CIMA Finance Manager

About the role

A fast-growing financial advisory firm supporting US-based online businesses is looking for a CIMA Finance Manager to join its Cape Town team. You will own the day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of complex clients, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and strategic financial guidance to leadership teams. The role suits someone entrepreneurial and commercially minded, working closely with internal teams and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial operations for multiple client accounts
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and budgets
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and performance analysis
• Provide strategic financial support to management teams
• Support business planning, decision-making and growth initiatives
• Manage and prioritise multiple projects at once
• Communicate insights clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• CA(SA) / CA(SA)-eligible / CGMA preferred
• Experience working with online businesses (SaaS, ecommerce, agencies, creators) is advantageous
• Strong organisational and analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast pace
