About the role
The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will lead the planning and execution of all sales strategies for OTR Tyres, working closely with the CEO and Managing Director to align short‑ and long‑term sales plans with the company’s business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Forge strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners for long‑term growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate potential client relationships.
- Establish and maintain sales processes, systems, budgets, forecasts and reports.
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns and brand positioning.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to boost team productivity.
