About the role
Phakisa Holdings is seeking reliable Checkers and General Workers to support daily warehouse and distribution operations in a fast‑paced FMCG logistics environment in Durban, KwaZulu‑Natal. You will help ensure stock is accurately checked, picked, packed, loaded and handled safely.
Key responsibilities
- Verify incoming and outgoing stock against documentation and report any discrepancies.
- Conduct accurate stock checks and ensure correct picking of products.
- Assist with loading and off‑loading of products.
- Perform picking, packing, sorting and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / Matric preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience (1‑2 years for checkers preferred).
- Ability to work shifts and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
