Channel Sales Manager

About the role

The client is a leading provider of office automation and managed solutions in South Africa. They are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow their indirect sales channel, manage dealer relationships, and drive revenue and profitability across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Lead, manage and develop the indirect sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, resellers and channel partners.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
• Support pricing strategies, proposal development, tenders and RFP responses.
• Monitor sales performance, provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Required profile

• BCom degree or equivalent business, sales, marketing or commercial qualification.
• 5–7 years of sales management experience, preferably in the office automation industry.
• Proven experience in indirect/channel sales, dealer network or partner management.
• Track record of growing channel partner revenue and market share.
• Experience working in rental and leasing environments.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
