Case Manager – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Case Manager to join our growing team. Working remotely from South Africa, you will coordinate client services and ensure families receive seamless support throughout their therapy journey, aligning with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client services from intake through ongoing care.
• Assess client needs and help develop individualized care plans.
• Facilitate communication between families, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• Manage client schedules and ensure appropriate provider coverage.
• Process insurance authorizations, renewals, and required documentation.
• Monitor client progress, provide updates, and recommend adjustments.
• Educate families on treatment processes and available resources.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries with professional, compassionate support.
• Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and documentation.
• Track outstanding tasks and proactively follow up for timely completion.
• Identify and resolve scheduling, authorization, or service delivery issues before they affect care.
• Advocate for clients to ensure access to appropriate services and resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and documentation standards.
• Utilize internal systems and software to manage case information efficiently.
• Participate in case review meetings and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in case management, healthcare coordination, patient services, or healthcare administration.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
