Case Manager - Mortgage Applications

About the role

OneDome is looking for a Case Manager in Cape Town to provide administrative support and outstanding service to its clients. The role takes ownership of clients' mortgage cases throughout the application process, driving them from application through to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client expectations proactively and give regular updates from application through to completion
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across internal systems throughout the application lifecycle
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including lenders, solicitors and estate agents
• Liaise with lenders, clients and third parties so cases progress efficiently
• Manage a large pipeline of active applications as the main point of contact
• Drive mortgage applications through to offer in a timely and efficient manner

Required profile

• Customer service experience
• Office or administration experience
• Previous regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the UK property market and mortgage processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Professional, confident and approachable with an excellent telephone manner
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
