About the role

Our client, a reputable professional quantity surveying firm, is looking for a motivated Candidate Quantity Surveyor to join their Pretoria office. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop your career within a dynamic consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑contract and post‑contract quantity surveying services for construction projects.
• Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates and tender documentation.
• Assist in contract administration, variations and final accounts.
• Utilise WinQS and MS Office to produce accurate reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with project teams and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Registered as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor with SACQSP.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional quantity surveying environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in WinQS.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
