Campaign Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead multi‑channel customer communication campaigns. You will own the end‑to‑end process from strategy through execution and optimisation, working within a fast‑paced marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, analyse and optimise campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In‑App Messaging and web.
• Develop campaign plans aligned with customer lifecycle stages and business objectives.
• Collaborate with CRM, Content, Brand, Digital and Marketing teams to deliver engaging communications.
• Use customer insights and performance data to refine audience segmentation, messaging and timing.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and optimisation strategies.
• Support automated customer journeys and lifecycle communications.
• Manage digital marketing platforms to ensure accurate and efficient campaign delivery.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Experience with content management systems and digital asset management platforms.
