About the role
We are seeking a Call Centre Technician to support our outbound call centre operations. The role involves managing dialer systems, analysing performance statistics, and ensuring smooth technical functionality for client campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret dialer statistics and generate reports for sales managers.
- Implement changes to the dialer system as requested by clients.
- Conduct monthly client site visits to review performance and address technical issues.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience working in a call centre environment.
- Strong understanding of call centre processes and insurance sector knowledge.
- Own a reliable vehicle for client visits.
- Fluent in Afrikaans.
Required skills
- Dialer operation and configuration.
What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from R18 000 to R23 000.
- Full‑time permanent contract.
