About the role
The Recoveries Division of a well‑established law firm is looking for a Call Centre Supervisor to lead its high‑volume recoveries call centre. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain team discipline and support the team in meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily call centre activities and monitor key performance indicators.
- Maintain team discipline, provide coaching and address performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with legal recoveries and collections procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks, including reporting and data entry.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve escalated cases.
- Manage high workloads and multiple processes simultaneously.
Required profile
- Previous experience supervising or managing a call centre team (essential).
- Strong disciplinary and people‑management abilities.
- Experience in a recoveries or collections environment (highly advantageous).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
