Call Centre Sales Agent – US Business Funding (On‑site, Cape Town)

About the role

Join Fundwell’s fast‑growing Cape Town sales floor as a Call Centre Sales Agent focused on US business owners. You will be the first point of contact, identifying funding opportunities and guiding prospects through a transparent financing process.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to US business owners.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations on track.
• Quickly assess a business’s financing needs and present the appropriate solution.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through rigorous qualification and follow‑up.
• Update client records and CRM in real time.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication with a clear, neutral English accent.
• High energy, resilience, and a competitive, target‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking to decision‑makers.
• Strong organisational habits and CRM discipline.
• Eligible to work in South Africa.
• Fully committed to on‑site work in Cape Town CBD and US‑aligned hours (14:00–23:00 or 15:00–00:00).
