About the role

Join Dis-Chem Life as a Call Centre Sales Agent and be the first point of contact for customers seeking health and wellness products. You will engage with both warm and cold leads over the phone, delivering a seamless, customer‑first experience that drives sales and builds loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to sell Dis-Chem Life products.
• Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections, close sales confidently, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with sales, regulatory, and company procedures.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of call‑centre sales experience (life‑insurance sales a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Availability to work weekends when required.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Experience with CRM systems.
