About the role
Maxlaw is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its sales team as Call Centre Sales Agents. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand how Maxlaw can assist with credit and debt challenges. This is an on‑site position with all equipment and leads provided.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Handle incoming calls from existing clients and provide post‑sale support.
- Report leads and call activity accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- No formal qualifications required.
- Prior experience in a call‑centre or sales environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
