Business Development Specialist – Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join its global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service team. Working remotely, you will partner with the Chief Growth Officer and the leadership team to identify new market opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts, and lead negotiations through to deal closure.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Research industry trends and potential markets to uncover business opportunities.
• Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads, maintaining an active pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Track personal KPIs and report results accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives and long‑term objectives.
• Coordinate with leadership to propose and implement new business ideas.
• Gather feedback to identify opportunities for service or product enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or growth roles, preferably in tech.
• Fluent English (C1‑C2) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable handling high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
• Experience using AI‑driven productivity tools.
