Business Development Specialist (Mining Industry)

About the role
The Business Development Specialist will support our representative office and regional mining operations in building local networks, researching the market, and identifying cooperation opportunities for mining projects. This role bridges the gap between our organization and key stakeholders in the mining sector.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to uncover potential mining project collaborations.
- Identify and map decision‑making chains for prospective projects, establish contacts through multiple channels, and integrate into local mining circles.
- Leverage public relations and deep project knowledge to drive negotiations, accelerate cooperation processes, and facilitate the signing of agreements.
Required profile
- Proven business development or sales experience within the mining industry.
- Strong understanding of the solar and energy storage sectors, including current trends.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with internal teams and external partners.
