About the role

Join a leading South African travel brand as a Business Development & Sales Support Executive in Cape Town. You will drive new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support trade partners while promoting innovative travel products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product presentations and deliver training sessions both online and in‑person.
• Host workshops, events, conferences, and product launches.
• Provide sales support to trade partners and internal teams.
• Analyse market trends to grow market share.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
• Travel locally and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in the travel sector.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and close sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
