Business Development Representative – South Africa or Kenya

About the role
BitGo is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its presence in the MENA region, specifically based in South Africa or Kenya. This individual contributor role focuses on hunting new leads, qualifying opportunities, and feeding a robust pipeline to the sales team within the fast‑growing digital‑asset industry.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential leads through networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events and cold outreach.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align initiatives, develop target lists and design outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads as sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
- Capture lead information and interactions in Salesforce while maintaining high CRM hygiene.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within digital assets, financial services, fintech or SaaS.
- Strong enthusiasm for the digital‑asset ecosystem and curiosity about protocols, tokens, staking and NFTs.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- Agile learner with a passion for new products and technologies.
- Critical thinking, open communication and an ownership mindset.
