Business Development Representative – Pipeline (Kuruman)

About the role
The Business Development Representative will drive growth for our beverage portfolio in the Kuruman region. You will work closely with distributors and retail outlets to increase sales volume, market share, and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and grow market share.
- Manage and supervise distributors, handling orders, payments, and re‑distribution.
- Ensure full product range is stocked at customer and retail locations.
- Maintain merchandising standards, including POS displays and chillers.
- Place chillers exclusively for IBPLC products in high‑performing outlets.
- Monitor recommended retail prices and track competitor activities.
Required profile
- Three‑year degree qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or FMCG.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of the local area.
- Excellent administration, relationship management and customer service skills.
