Business Development Representative – International Relocation (German/English)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our international relocation sales team. The position is fully remote, based in South Africa, and works on Central European Time (CET). You will manage inbound leads, consult residential and corporate clients, and generate new opportunities in the German market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert warm inbound leads into sales opportunities.
• Consult residential and commercial clients to understand their relocation needs.
• Present customized moving solutions and prepare accurate quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining detailed CRM records.
• Follow up throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure a seamless move experience.
• Cold‑call corporate prospects in Germany to introduce relocation services.
• Qualify corporate opportunities and schedule virtual or onsite meetings for the sales team.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven B2B and/or B2C sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and customer interactions.
• Availability to work full‑time during CET business hours.
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
