Business Development Manager – Remote – 30-40k RAND base + OTE

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the legal, technology and accounting sectors. The role is fully remote and operates on USA business hours (10:00 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from law firms, tech companies and accounting firms through outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Convert inbound leads (25‑50 per week) and historic leads into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, holding weekly check‑ins.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring follow‑up and successful execution.
• Market candidate profiles to client accounts.
• Contribute to the expansion of our US market presence.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and highly organised.
• Willingness to work USA business hours.
