Business Development Manager – Remote (30-40k RAND base + OTE)

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the legal, technology and accounting sectors. The role is fully remote and operates on USA business hours (10:00 AM‑8:15 PM UK time). You will work with a steady flow of inbound leads and a historic database to generate new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business from law firms, technology companies and accounting practices.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach to create opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and follow‑ups.
• Convert warm leads and revive historic leads into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, ensure successful execution and manage post‑meeting follow‑up.
• Market candidate profiles to client organisations.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and highly organised.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).

• Competitive base salary of 30,000‑40,000 RAND per month, dependent on experience.
