Business Development Manager – Remote, 30-40k RAND base, 100k+ OTE

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base across the legal, technology, and accounting sectors. The role is fully remote and operates on USA business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from law firms, technology companies, and accounting practices.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach to create opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through weekly check‑ins.
• Convert cold outreach and warm leads into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, ensure successful follow‑up, and market candidates to clients.
• Leverage a historic leads database to reignite past opportunities.
• Contribute to the expansion of our business in the US market.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated, energetic and highly organized.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10:00 AM – 8:15 PM UK time).
