Business Development Manager – Remote – 30-40k RAND base, 100k OTE

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a driven Business Development Manager to work remotely. You will focus on expanding our client base in the legal, technology and accounting sectors, handling both inbound and historic leads while operating on USA business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from law firms, technology companies and accounting firms.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach to create opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular weekly meetings.
• Convert cold outreach and warm leads into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, ensure successful execution and follow‑up.
• Market candidate profiles to clients and reactivate historic leads.
• Contribute to the growth of our US market presence.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and highly organized.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).
