About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead sales and marketing activities for Integrated Security Solutions (guarding & technology) across the region, aligning with G4S’s overall business strategy. The role focuses on driving new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy based on market analysis, product portfolio, and competitor landscape.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, tender monitoring, and collaboration with operational management.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings and site surveys with prospects to assess risks and propose tailored security solutions.
  • Prepare, present, and submit sales proposals and tenders, securing necessary approvals.
  • Manage contract documentation, maintain customer files, and ensure ERP data is up‑to‑date.
  • Coordinate regional public‑relations activities, corporate events, and gift distribution as required.
  • Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to the Regional Operations Director and National Sales Director.

Required profile

  • Self‑starter with a proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Strong judgment, results‑driven mindset, and ability to uphold company policies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

  • Experience using ERP systems for customer and contract management.
