Business Development Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to sell enterprise‑level IT solutions. You will work closely with senior decision‑makers in medium and large organisations, presenting tailored software offerings and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives (CEOs, CIOs, Managing Directors, etc.).
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to design customised software solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of external sales and business development experience.
• Proven track record of generating new business in the corporate sector.
• Comfortable presenting and negotiating at Board and Executive level.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building and closing abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑oriented and self‑driven.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
