Business Development Manager – Client Engagement

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead client engagement and acquisition for BROKSTOCK, an investment platform. You will meet clients in‑person, onboard them onto the platform and drive revenue through upselling and cross‑selling of investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings at the office and on‑site, building long‑term, trust‑based relationships with affluent and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Onboard new clients, explain the operating model, platform features and available investment products, and guide them through their initial journey.
• Convert prospects into active clients, retain existing relationships and upsell investment solutions within suitability guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, prepare meeting summaries and coordinate with support, back‑office and product teams.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of sales or client‑facing experience, preferably in finance, wealth management or banking.
• Proven ability to conduct face‑to‑face and off‑site client meetings.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and objection‑handling skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• High level of autonomy, client‑first mindset and emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of basic investment instruments and market principles.
• Experience using a CRM system to track client interactions.
