Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive strategic B2B sales for Raizcorp, partnering with corporates to solve complex challenges and foster the growth of South African enterprises. This full‑time, office‑based position offers an annuity‑based commission model that rewards long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure corporate clients through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship‑building.
• Understand client needs and design customised Enterprise & Supplier Development, Skills Development, and SED solutions.
• Engage senior decision‑makers such as CEOs, CFOs, procurement leaders, and transformation executives.
• Lead negotiations, present proposals, and close high‑value, solution‑driven deals.
• Maintain and grow a long‑term client base, driving renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for Raizcorp in the corporate space.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑performance B2B sales or business development.
• Comfort operating at C‑suite level and navigating complex organisational environments.
• Natural hunter with strong closing abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
