Business Development Consultant – Recruitment Services (Remote, UK Market)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑confident Business Development Consultant to generate and nurture relationships with recruitment agency owners across the UK. This remote, consultative position focuses on introducing agency leaders to a suite of services offered by two business branches, rather than transactional sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and social selling to identify potential agency partners.
• Engage recruitment business owners through voice notes, video messages, and personalized communication.
• Book and lead discovery consultations, qualify opportunities, and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Support content engagement and online visibility to enhance social selling efforts.
• Manage ongoing conversations, nurturing relationships until conversion.

Required profile

• Proven business development or outreach experience, preferably selling services to recruitment agencies.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and confident speaking with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative, relationship‑focused approach.
• Familiarity with the UK recruitment market and existing network of agency contacts is highly advantageous.
