About the role

Intro Real Estate, a long‑standing residential property agency in East Johannesburg, is expanding its rental division. The Business Development Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to landlords and investors, helping to grow and manage a fast‑moving rental portfolio across the East Rand.

Key responsibilities

• Secure new residential rental management mandates through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with landlords, providing market assessments and regular performance updates.
• Promote the Intro Real Estate brand and identify opportunities to expand the rental portfolio.
• Market available properties across company platforms and conduct professional viewings.
• Assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process and work with the Property Management team to minimise vacancies.
• Maintain accurate client records and deliver a high‑quality client experience at every touchpoint.
