Business Development and Sales Manager

About the role

A leading debt recovery and management company is seeking a Business Development and Sales Manager for the Cape Town region. The role focuses on acquiring new business and maintaining existing client relationships across medical, educational and commercial portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Present the company and its benefits to prospective high‑profile clients.
• Approach and pitch company services to high‑profile companies and professionals.
• Maintain existing client relationships, address complaints and ensure continued engagement.
• Provide after‑sales support to new clients, ensuring smooth debt‑collection transitions.
• Gather feedback and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; tertiary education in Finance or Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales and new‑business development.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Independent, professional self‑starter.
