Business Analyst – Fund Administration

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing ICT team at Prescient Fund Services during a pivotal phase of expansion. You will help shape the technology landscape for fund administration, driving innovation and improving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and specifications, including API design, data modelling and integration with middleware.
• Lead asset administration process improvements and implement AI‑driven automation.
• Manage data reporting, stakeholder communication and testing activities.
• Ensure controls, compliance and continuous improvement through root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate data engineering efforts and support cloud/ML initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in asset management or fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of settlements, custody, corporate actions, reconciliations and NAV support.
• Proven ability to document requirements, data mappings, user stories and test plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, computer science or a related field.

Required skills

• SQL and data modelling.
• REST API design, JSON and XML.
• Experience with middleware, message queues and ETL tools.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling for automation.
