About the role

The company is seeking a Business Analyst to support the selection and implementation of an enterprise medical software solution in Cape Town. The role involves analysing business processes, defining functional requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. This is a short‑term contract position with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis within the medical vertical to capture and document functional and non‑functional requirements for the new enterprise software solution.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and rollout of the selected medical application, working closely with the implementation team and end‑users.
• Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate transfer of information from the legacy system to the new platform while maintaining data integrity.

Required profile

• A tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience working in the medical business sector, with an understanding of healthcare workflows and regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with software installations and configuration in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of migrating data between systems, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
