About the role
Our client, a reputable financial services firm, is seeking a Broker Consultant to manage and support a network of brokers. You will act as the primary point of contact for approximately 80 brokers, helping them deliver high‑quality financial advice to individuals and businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of roughly 80 brokers.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with brokers.
- Provide ongoing support, product information, and guidance to drive broker sales.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase business through the broker network.
- Handle broker queries and resolve service‑related issues efficiently.
- Participate in company‑provided training to develop product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Own laptop and vehicle.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Microsoft Office
What we offer
- Basic salary of R40 000 per month for the first six months.
- Commission‑based compensation thereafter.
