About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bridal Sales & Customer Consultant to lead our boutique’s sales performance and deliver an exceptional experience for every bride. This full‑time role combines sales leadership, team development, and hands‑on customer service from the first consultation through gown collection.

Key responsibilities

• Lead exclusive bridal consultations following SOPs to ensure personalised service.
• Oversee alteration fittings, guaranteeing accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate boutique procedures, timelines and after‑sales processes clearly to clients.
• Monitor daily appointment logs, resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues.
• Achieve sales targets by implementing strategies and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Coach, mentor and manage the sales team, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Create and distribute product training materials and weekly sales updates.
• Maintain compliance with company policies while upholding the premium brand experience.
