Brand Manager – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

This remote Brand Manager position supports clients in the restaurant and hospitality sector, helping shape and execute impactful marketing initiatives. You will act as a strategic partner, coordinating branding, digital content, media, website, and customer experience projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner for clients, advising on and executing marketing programs.
• Manage client projects from request to delivery, defining requirements and aligning resources with business goals.
• Create clear briefs for internal and external creative, strategy, and media teams.
• Prioritize projects, tasks, and deliverables during team planning sessions.
• Lead internal discussions on client expectations, project progress, and strategic direction.
• Maintain project timelines, workflows, and updates using project‑management tools.
• Communicate regularly with clients, addressing questions and providing status updates.
• Present marketing strategies, content recommendations, and performance insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in an agency environment, preferably within restaurant, hospitality or consumer‑focused industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
