Brand Ambassador & Sales Assistant (Retail)

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador and Sales Assistant you will be the face of Carrol Boyes in the Fourways store, engaging customers, showcasing functional art pieces and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will combine a passion for design with strong sales abilities to create memorable experiences for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive, on‑brand visual merchandising and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
• Replenish shelves and keep product displays neat and enticing.
• Provide a pleasant, professional customer experience that reflects the Carrol Boyes brand.
• Process sales transactions accurately and reconcile daily tills, including banking activities.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to assist and educate customers.
• Support promotional campaigns and in‑store events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the store manager.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum two years experience in luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
• A genuine passion for art and design.
