Branch Supervisor – Fleet Rental (Kempton Park)

About the role

The Branch Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the fleet rental branch in Kempton Park, ensuring a seamless, customer‑focused service. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will coordinate vehicle deliveries, handle administrative tasks and support the team in meeting service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reception function, greet on‑site customers and address their rental needs.
• Oversee accurate receipt and dispatch of deliveries and packages.
• Maintain health and safety protocols and control access at the branch entrance.
• Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager, including invoicing and month‑end processes.
• Coordinate with Rental Agents and Drivers to schedule vehicle pick‑ups and deliveries on time.
• Assist the Fleet Manager with vehicle tracking and reporting.
• Handle client queries, bookings and follow‑ups in collaboration with the KAM.
• Manage fines, petty cash, credit‑card reporting and cash allocation.
• Support other branches nationally with administration and vehicle sourcing.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Relevant experience in the car‑rental or fleet‑management industry.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to manage cash, fines and basic financial reporting.
