Branch Manager – Nelspruit

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Nelspruit branch of Fidelity Security Services Group, reporting to the Regional Manager. The role ensures day‑to‑day operations run smoothly, security officers are deployed according to contractual agreements, and client expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch functions including operations, finance, transport, HR, industrial relations, ISO compliance, client portfolios and service level agreements.
• Manage Operations Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors to address client matters promptly.
• Plan, organise, lead and control staff activities, including duty rosters, training and succession planning.
• Attend regular meetings with clients and internal management, and conduct quarterly appraisals of staff.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, ensuring adherence across the branch.
• Control assets, fleet, and firearms, and ensure procurement processes follow due process.
• Submit required monthly and quarterly reports, conduct risk assessments and investigations on client sites.
• Maintain strong client relationships, evaluate service levels and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Matric certificate with PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the security industry, including senior management of a large security workforce.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 quality management requirements.
• Proven people‑management, administration, client liaison and financial budgeting skills.
• Strong planning, leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
