About the role
The Branch Manager will lead the Cape Town branch of Landscaping & Turf, a division of Servest. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing customer relations, site operations and service delivery to meet contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage overall customer, site and service support for the branch.
- Ensure Servest contract obligations are fulfilled and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Supervise and coordinate on‑site activities and branch operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers.
- Report performance and issues to the Regional Manager.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing a service‑oriented branch or site.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to drive operational efficiencies.
