About the role

Join Sanlam Developing Markets as a Branch Consultant/Financial Advisor at Sky City Mall. You will provide sound financial advice, deliver high‑level client service, and help grow market share for Sanlam Retail Mass products.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and cross‑sell Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM) products to existing and new clients.
• Assess customers' financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain client records, validate details, and submit new business through proper channels.
• Conduct due‑diligence, identify risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage daily appointments, walk‑in clients, and follow‑up on payment reminders.
• Monitor client persistency, handle policy cancellations, and propose alternative options.
• Resolve client queries in‑branch or escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation with a focus on delivering financial solutions.
• Ability to understand product ranges and match them to client needs.
• Excellent client‑service mindset and capacity to manage multiple appointments.
• Attention to detail for compliance, due‑diligence, and accurate data entry.
