About the role
We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our BMW parts department in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, managing procurement of OEM parts, and supporting both retail and service sales functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the parts department team.
- Ensure the department meets its profitability targets.
- Procure genuine OEM parts and manage inventory levels.
- Oversee sales of parts to retail and service divisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Parts Manager, preferably within BMW or another premium automotive brand.
Required skills
- OEM parts procurement.
- Profitability and inventory management.
- Leadership of a parts department.
- Coordination of retail and service parts sales.
What we offer
- Base salary of R50,000 per month.
- Commission structure with the potential for higher earnings for the right candidate.
