BIM Revit Designer (Cape Town)

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Revit Designer to join our multidisciplinary design consultancy in Cape Town. You will work closely with the design team to develop and manage signage and environmental design projects using Revit and BIM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to define sign type lists at project start.
• Create and maintain signage families and location plans in Revit, including message tags and content.
• Generate message schedules and bills of quantity for signage deliverables.
• Work within BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud, adhering to client standards, naming conventions, and title block requirements.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in BIM/Revit workflows for signage or architectural projects.
• Ability to produce accurate documentation and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
