Bilingual Telephone Sales Representative (Full-Time)

About the role

MCI is seeking motivated bilingual professionals fluent in English and Spanish to join our sales team in Cape Town. As a Telephone Sales Representative you will engage customers over the phone, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services while delivering an exceptional experience in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English and Spanish.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.
• Explain features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Address questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Process orders and accurately document interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay updated on product information, promotions, and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal communication and sales abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and data‑entry experience.
• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
