Bilingual Project Manager (French/English) – Remote

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a bilingual Project Manager fluent in French and English to lead creative and production projects remotely. You will work alongside an experienced Project Management team to take initiatives from brief through to delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design and print projects across multiple time zones.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to produce deliverables such as email campaigns, website content and multimedia assets.
• Follow and continuously improve Brandtech+’s defined project management and production processes.
• Handle several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Act as the primary contact for new briefs, transform vague requests into clear project scopes, and oversee scoping, costing and planning.
• Identify stakeholders, create communication plans and ensure timely information flow.
• Close projects by documenting standards, requirements and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple mid‑ to high‑complexity projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of project profitability and agency financials.
• Resilient mindset, able to navigate setbacks and maintain a positive attitude.
• Commitment to embodying company values and fostering those behaviours in team members.

Required skills

• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Project management experience across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design or print disciplines.
