Bilingual French and English Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated bilingual French‑English Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information, and resolving issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in both French and English.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages regarding product questions, order status, returns, technical issues, and general support.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools and resources.
• Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, procedures, and company policies.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven customer service or call‑center experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
• Positive and professional attitude with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
