Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/French-Canadian)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist who can fluently communicate in both English and French‑Canadian. The role is fully remote and supports warranty claims, general inquiries, and customer assistance via phone, email, and live chat for a growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with warranty claims and product or service questions.
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support in both languages.
• Document interactions and update case records accurately.
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and maintain service quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Required profile

• Native fluency in English and French‑Canadian, with authentic Québécois expressions.
• Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably handling phone, email, and chat.
• Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a professional home office setup.

What we offer

• Compensation: $6.50 USD per hour
