About the role
The municipality of Kleinmond is looking for seasonal cleaners for its beaches, starting on 19 October 2026 and ending on 2 November 2026. The post is based at Betties Bay Main Beach and is open to unemployed residents of the Overstrand area.
Required profile
- Functional literacy and the ability to understand and follow verbal instructions and to communicate.
- Applicants must be older than 18 years.
- Must be a resident of Overstrand; holiday-makers will not be considered.
- Only unemployed people living in the same municipal area will be considered.
- Must be physically strong and healthy.
- Available to work over weekends and on public holidays.
- Must report for duty at the stations named in the appointment letter.
Required documents
- RSA identity document.
- Tax number.
- Banking details.
