BD Consultant / 360 Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive BD Consultant / 360 Recruiter to join a specialist recruitment brand focused on Data & Analytics. Working remotely from South Africa, you will own a defined market patch across the UK and US, building long‑term client relationships and driving new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Map and develop a cold client base within a chosen data vertical (AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Full‑Stack Software Engineering).
• Identify and prospect hiring managers, department heads, and talent acquisition leaders using outbound calls, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Win new business through a phone‑first approach and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Brief the delivery team on client requirements to ensure seamless placement execution.
• Report commercially on progress, closures, and stalled opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven business development billing history in data, analytics, or tech recruitment.
• Experience in the UK or US recruitment market with knowledge of fee structures and senior‑level client engagement.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and self‑managing to set targets and weekly plans.
