BBBEE Procurement Administrator – Cape Town/Johannesburg

About the role

The company is seeking a meticulous BBBEE Procurement Administrator to support its procurement function. You will be responsible for onboarding customers and suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring full compliance with BBBEE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding of new customers and suppliers, verify documentation, and maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database.
• Maintain supplier accounts and contracts, track renewal dates, and ensure all agreements meet SOP and BBBEE requirements.
• Administer company cell‑phone contracts, handle upgrades, cancellations, and negotiate terms with service providers.
• Support BBBEE compliance initiatives, collect required documentation, prepare for audits, and liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Maintain procurement records, databases, and filing systems on SharePoint and generate regular compliance reports.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in a procurement administrative role with solid knowledge of BBBEE.
• Experience in contract management and compliance processes is preferred.
